Yoga can help relieve pain, chronic disorders, mental and physical balance. It can also help you get energised, stimulate creativity and increase confidence. It can release tension, help overcome shortness of breath and asthma, strengthen the cardio vascular system, stimulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety and mental stress and improve stamina and vitality. Sit fit/Chair Yoga classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:00 pm in the CFC, and Gentle Yoga classes are on Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 to 10:00 am in the CFC. The BUMC Choir is selling Cookbooks with over 440 recipes for $15 a copy! They WILL be here in time for Christmas!
To purchase a Cookbook see a choir member before and after services, or in the Church Office M-W, 9:30am until 11am. Money raised will go to improve the Choir Loft and Chancel area.
Sunday School is held from 10am to 11am on Sunday mornings.
